At DocMorris we are aware that products must be in perfect and safe condition for being consumed. For this reason, we make sure that the expiry date is sufficient. In the case of receiving a product with a short shelf life, here are some steps you can take to report this error:
Make sure to take clear photos showing the expiry date, batch number and any further relevant information that may be helpful.
Access with your email and password. At the top right, click your name and, from the drop-down menu, select My Purchases.
Under each product, you will find the option Return this product and click on RETURN.
A new page will open, where you can select the product.
Once you have done so, you will be presented with a form where you can choose the reason Upcoming expired date.
If necessary, leave a comment explaining it in detail.
Click on RETURN or CHANGE.
Back to the main page, decide the number of units.
On the left-hand side you will see the final calculation of your refund and at the bottom the summary of your return, where you can check if there are any costs.
Once you have checked everything, click on Request to activate your refund.
