We’re sorry! Our platform does not currently allow you to change orders that have already been placed.
However, you do have the option to cancel your order. You can cancel your order or remove any of the items that you previously selected, as long as it hasn't been prepared by the pharmacy or picked up by the courier service yet. In that case, you can always reject the delivery when the courier service delivers it to you.
Below we explain the steps to follow to cancel your order:
1.- Log into your DocMorris account and select the "My Purchases" tab.
2.- Once you're in this section, select the "Return this product" tab that you will find under each item.
3.- A drop-down menu will open with different options. Select the reason and select "Return".
And that's it!
We'll process the refund within 24-48 hours. You will receive it in the same payment method that you selected for your purchase a few days later.
Remember that in case you used a gift card, the amount you will be refunded will equal the amount you paid with the applied discount.
