As a user of DocMorris, you have the right to unsubscribe, so if you want to unsubscribe from the Loyalty Programme you must unsubscribe your user profile in DocMorris. Once the unsubscription is considered effective, you will receive an informative confirmation e-mail.
We suggest you to unsubscribe only in the communications because if you confirm your total unsubscription in DocMorris, you will lose your general user to our website and App and you will also lose the Health points, advantages and discounts that are associated to your Loyalty Programme.
And in case you want to be part of it again, you can re-register and create a new user in our web or App so that when you create a new user you will be able to access directly to the Loyalty Programme, but taking into account that your previous history will not be migrated to the new account.
